Where products come from
Products and sizes are imported from the Erply Import sheet of the Nova Gear SKU Master workbook. Each product is a root × fabric (for example NGS-POLO-SS-TEK); each size is a variant with its own SKU (NGS-POLO-SS-TEK-L10).

Re-import after changes
On Products upload the sheet as CSV under Import the SKU catalogue. Products are matched by SKU, so re-importing updates names and prices in place; sizes that disappear are retired, never deleted.

Pricing
Cost to store (ex GST) is what a store's line is pinned to; RRP is the suggested sell price. Lines on catalogue products are priced automatically; custom lines are priced on the order.

Deleting
A product can be deleted when no order line uses it. Otherwise mark it inactive to hide it from the picker.
